Which plan should I start with?
Start on Free. It includes $0.52 of flux usage a week and the whole product. Move to Prevue when you want more included usage, or to Forge to run every model on your own API keys.
What is included usage?
Usage is what Superbrain spends on models on your behalf. Each plan includes a balance for the period, shown in the app and on your dashboard. It resets when the period does and does not carry over.
What happens when I use it all?
On Prevue you can add extra usage at any time, from $2. It is spent after your included usage and stays until your plan ends. On other plans the app pauses managed requests until the period resets, and you can still upgrade.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes. Forge runs 45+ models on your own keys with each model's full context window and no usage limits from us. TokenFold cuts what you send to the model, so your provider bills come in 30 to 40% lower. Forge also includes priority support and first access to new features. You pay your providers directly for what you use.
What happens to extra usage I bought if I cancel?
It stays on your account until the plan ends. If some is left when you move to Free, half of it comes with you.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to the free plan. There are no refunds for partial periods.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Prices are in US dollars. No tax is added at checkout.
Is there a plan for teams?
Not yet. Every plan is for one person today. Raise a ticket from your dashboard if you would like to be told when team plans open.
